Shannon Mack Rios, Senior Director of Youth Outreach Initiatives
Shannon, (MSW) has her masters in social work from the University of Connecticut and a BS in Child Psychology from Eastern Conn. State University. Her true talents engaging and inspiring youth are impeccable and she has received kudos, accolades and respect in various communities and business districts. Delivering encouraging words of hope, wisdom, leadership and direction to children worldwide, Shannon is a key component/Liaison in our ongoing productions with B.E.S.T youth organization of Central New Jersey managing all media/technology workshops and seminars.
Andrew Golden, Director of Technology and Production
Andrew is an accomplished videographer/director whose short
films have premiered in the Garden State Film festival over the past
five years. He is an excellent writer, skillful editor as well as a
computer repair engineer with Avid and Final cut pro. His ability to
trouble shoot and repair most production equipment on site give our team
and clients that added professional craftsmanship.
Tom Bellazzi, Post Production Supervisor
Tom is a videographer/editor who has worked with some of the nation’s elite healthcare providers, news reporters and sports anchors on the east coast. His knowledge and creative editing skills on final cut pro studio two and avid systems, under tight deadlines has garnered him opportunities in the fast pace advertising media capitol of the world, New York City.

Gerald is a talented field producer/videographer who has worked with HBO, BET, Lifetime, ESPN, NBA Entertainment and a few Los Angeles Studios. His accomplished works of filming star athletes, entertainers, renowned authors and historians in their homes and communities has garnered him several awards.
Duane West, On Air Talent/Director
Duane has been a national on-air celebrity expert for ten years. He is recognized most for his unprecedented success with battered women and no nonsense approach with unruly children and abusive men on The Maury Show. Duane’s contributions to bull’s-eye extends beyond our original productions, “Bound For Greatness” and “The Navigator” utilizing his abilities to give character, style and accountability to all our youth, sports, advertising, documentary, fitness and social network clients from voice narration to on camera talent.
Chaunte Smith, On Air Talent/Producer/Director
Chaunte' Smith a communication expert has worked as an
information specialist in the health care and pharmaceutical industry
for over 10 years. She has also received numerous awards for exceeding
sales expectation with the second largest pharmaceutical company in the
world. Her savvy business skills and exceptional marketing tactics
allows Chaunte' to positively affect and influence others.
